Youth Worker – Hope Church Ipswich
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 per annum, 5 days per week
We’re looking for a full-time Youth Worker to help deliver an engaging, fun and faith-filled youth ministry for 11–18s. Working under the Youth Team Leader, you’ll coordinate Sundays, midweek youth groups and Newday, ensuring everything is well-organised, well-resourced and delivered with excellence. This is a hands-on role supporting volunteers, managing rotas and admin, and helping build a culture where young people grow in faith and community.
With experience in Christian youth work you’ll be organised, proactive and relational. You’ll recruit and support volunteers, help deliver trips and events, provide light-touch pastoral care, and manage safeguarding and ChurchSuite.
